Getting started

The free preview

Is the preview really free?

Yes. We build a preview website and workspace for your business at no cost. You only pay if you decide to go live.

How long does it take?

Your preview is usually ready within about 5 business days. You go live after you approve it. With rush launch (₱3,000), you go live within 3 business days after you approve the preview.

Can I sign up and set it up myself?

Not yet. Sprntr is done for you: we build your website, set up your workspace and invite your team. Start with a free preview.

Do I need a Facebook page or an existing website?

No. Many of our customers start from a Facebook page only. We can reuse your photos and service list from it.

I already have a Facebook page. Why do I need a website?

A website gives customers one clear place to see your services and send an inquiry. With Sprntr, those inquiries land in an organized pipeline instead of getting buried in chat.

Pricing

Pricing and payment

Is there a monthly fee?

No. You pay once for your package, and hosting is included for normal small-business use. Services charged per message, such as text reminders once they launch, are separate and prepaid. If your traffic or sending ever grows far beyond normal use, we talk with you first, and no extra fee applies without your agreement. If you choose a domain we buy and manage for you, we cover its renewals for the first 2 years; after that, you pay the yearly renewal.

When do I pay?

50% when you order and the balance when your website goes live. You can pay by GCash, Maya, card or QR Ph through PayMongo.

Which package do I need?

Website if you only need a site and an inquiry form. Website + CRM to track every inquiry, take bookings and follow up. The full package adds competitor monitoring and priority support. See pricing.

What if I need more than 5 pages?

Add extra pages for ₱1,500 each, up to 20 pages in total. Tell us if you need more than that.

Can I start with Website and add the CRM later?

Yes. Email us and we will quote the difference between your package and the one you want.

Which features are not available yet?

Editing your own website content and SMS reminders are coming next. Messenger and Zoom are built and waiting for Meta’s and Zoom’s approval. We label these everywhere, and you are never charged extra for them.

Your website

Your website and domain

Can I keep my own domain?

Yes. We can connect a domain you already own (₱1,000), buy one for you and manage it (₱1,500 one-time, renewals covered for the first 2 years), or you can use a free sprntr.dev address.

Will it show up on Google?

We set up titles, descriptions, a sitemap and Google Search Console so Google can index your pages. No one can guarantee rankings, and we won’t pretend to.

Can I change things after launch?

Yes. Email us what to change, such as prices, photos and hours, and we make it. Up to 10 content edits are included until you can edit your own content.

The workspace

Leads, bookings and your data

Who owns my customer data?

You do. Each business gets its own separate workspace that other customers cannot see. We never sell or share your leads, and we export your records whenever you ask.

Can I import my existing customer list?

Yes. Send us your spreadsheet during setup and we will bring your leads in for you.

Does Sprntr connect to Messenger, SMS or Viber?

Messenger is built: connect your Facebook Page and each new chat becomes a lead you can reply to from Sprntr. It is awaiting Meta’s approval for customer Pages, and we switch it on once it is approved. SMS reminders are coming next. Viber is on our roadmap.

Is this a bulk email or newsletter tool?

No. Sprntr is for one-to-one follow-up with people who contacted you. It is not built for mass marketing emails.

Still have a question?

Talk to the person who builds it.

Email hello@sprntr.dev and a real person replies, usually within one business day. Or start with a free preview and ask on the walk-through call.
