Terms of Service
The agreement between Sprntr and the businesses that use it. If something here doesn't match what you were quoted, tell us and we'll sort it out.
1. The service
Sprntr provides websites, inquiry handling, follow-ups, bookings, reminders, and related tools for service businesses ("the service"). What's included for your business, and what it costs, is set out in your quote or invoice. Features marked "coming next" aren't part of the service until they launch.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google. Keep access to that account secure, and only give workspace access to people who work for your business. You're responsible for what happens in your workspace. Tell us right away at hello@sprntr.dev if you think someone got in who shouldn't have.
3. Your data and your customers
You own your business data and your customers' data. You give Sprntr permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having your customers' permission to collect their details and contact them, including for reminders, texts, and review requests you turn on.
4. Connected accounts
If you connect Google Meet or Zoom, Sprntr creates meetings in that account when you ask it to. Google's and Zoom's own terms apply to those meetings. You can disconnect at any time in Workspace Integrations.
5. Fair use
Don't use Sprntr to send spam or unwanted messages, break the law, mislead people, upload harmful code, or try to reach another business's data. Competitor monitoring is for watching public pages, not for copying other businesses' content. We may suspend a workspace that puts people or the service at risk, and we'll tell you why.
6. Fees and payment
Fees, what they cover, and when they're due are in your quote or invoice. Text message credits are prepaid and used one per text. Payments are processed by PayMongo. Unless your quote says otherwise, fees already paid aren't refundable once the related work is delivered.
7. Messages we send for you
Booking emails and texts go out under your business name, "via Sprntr". Email and text delivery depend on outside networks, so we can't guarantee every message arrives. Keep your contact details and hours up to date so customers get the right information.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Sprntr running smoothly, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or problems beyond our control. We may improve or change features. If we remove something you rely on, we'll give you reasonable notice.
9. Cancelling
You can stop using Sprntr at any time by emailing us. We can give you a full export of your data, and we delete your workspace on request. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, or right away if these terms are seriously broken.
10. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Sprntr isn't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or missed bookings, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under Philippine law that can't be waived.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. We'll first try to resolve any disagreement by talking it through.
12. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and email clients before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Sprntr after that means you accept the new terms.
