  2. How it works

From inquiry to booking, step by step

Follow one sample customer through Sprntr, from the moment she clicks Send on your website to a confirmed booking. It takes about a minute to watch.

The workflow

One inquiry, six steps

It plays on its own. Pick a step to jump to it.

Step 1The customer

A customer sends an inquiry

Ana finds Sample Bridal Studio on Google and asks about a fitting from the website. Her message goes straight into Sprntr instead of getting buried in a chat app.

  • Ana gets a “We received your request” email right away
  • Spam bots are filtered out before anything reaches you

Step 2Your team

Your team hears about it at once

Everyone you choose gets an email with Ana’s details and message. If nobody replies within 30 minutes, Sprntr reminds them, because customers often book with whoever answers first.

  • The reminder stops as soon as someone replies

Step 3Sprntr AIPremium

AI reads it and drafts a reply

Claude, the AI model Sprntr uses, picks out the service, what Ana wants and how urgent it is, sums it up in one line, and drafts a reply in the language she wrote in. It only uses facts you have given it, so it never makes up prices or open times.

  • Nothing is sent until someone on your team reviews it
  • Spam is flagged and gets no draft

Step 4Your workspace

It becomes a customer record

Ana’s contact details, message and where she came from are saved as a lead, so nothing lives only in one person’s inbox. Every email, booking and note from here on is added to her history.

  • Your whole team sees the same record
  • The pipeline shows who still needs a reply

Step 5You

You reply from her record

You read the draft, change what you like and press Send. The email goes out in your business’s name, and when Ana answers, her reply lands in the same thread and the lead moves to Conversation.

  • Replies by phone or chat? Tap “I replied” and the reminders stop

Step 6The customer, then you

She books, you confirm

Ana picks an open time on your booking page. It waits on your calendar as pending until you confirm it. Then she gets a confirmation with a calendar invite, and a reminder the day before.

  • Closed days and full slots can’t be booked
  • Reschedules and cancellations land on the same calendar

Sample business and customer. The names are made up; the screens show how Sprntr works today.

Who does what

What runs on its own, and what needs you

Runs on its own

  • The “we received your request” email to the customer
  • The alert to your team, and a reminder after 30 minutes
  • The customer record, with every message and booking in its history
  • With Premium, an AI summary and a reply draft for each new inquiry
  • Booking confirmations with a calendar invite, and day-before reminders

Needs you

  • Read the draft, make it yours and press Send
  • Confirm or decline each booking request
  • Take care of the customer when they arrive

This flow needs Website + CRM or Business System. With the Website package, inquiries arrive by email instead. AI reply drafts are part of Sprntr Premium.
