Sprntr for Zoom

Add a Zoom meeting link to any customer booking. Sprntr sends the link to the customer in their confirmation email, calendar invite, and reminder.

Before you start

A Sprntr workspace you can sign in to.
A Zoom account (Basic, Pro, or higher). Meetings are created in this account.

Adding the app

Sign in at app.sprntr.dev.
Go to Workspace → Integrations.
On the Zoom card, click Connect Zoom account.
Sign in to Zoom if asked, review the permissions, and click Allow.
You're sent back to Sprntr. The Zoom card now shows the connected Zoom account's email.

You can also start from the Zoom App Marketplace: clicking Visit Site to Add opens the same Integrations page.

Using the app

Add a Zoom link to a booking

Open Appointments and select a booking.
Under Online meeting, click Add Zoom link.
Sprntr creates a scheduled Zoom meeting at the booking's date, time, and length, and shows the join link on the booking.

If the booking is already confirmed, the customer gets an email with the link straight away. If it's still pending, they get the link when you confirm it. From then on the link is included in their confirmation, the calendar invite (.ics), and the reminder sent the day before. Your team's calendar invite includes it too.

Customers can join from the link without waiting for the host. The link stays the same if you reschedule the booking.

Copy or remove a link

On the booking, click Copy link to copy it. Click Remove link to take it off the booking. This also deletes the meeting from your Zoom account.

Removing the app

From Sprntr

Go to Workspace → Integrations.
On the Zoom card, click Disconnect.

Sprntr revokes its access to your Zoom account and deletes the stored tokens, Zoom email, and Zoom user ID right away.

From Zoom

Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace.
Click Manage → Added Apps (or search for Sprntr).
Next to Sprntr, click Remove and confirm.

Zoom notifies Sprntr, and we delete the stored tokens, Zoom email, and Zoom user ID. Meeting links already sent to customers stay in their emails, and meetings already created stay in your Zoom account unless you delete them in Zoom.

What Sprntr can access

Create meetings	Creates one scheduled meeting when you click Add Zoom link.
Delete meetings	Deletes a meeting Sprntr created when you remove its link from a booking.
View your user profile	Reads your Zoom email and user ID so Sprntr can show which account is connected.

Sprntr doesn't read, join, or record meetings, and doesn't access recordings, chats, or contacts. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
