Confirmation and calendar invite
Confirmed customers get an email with the date, time and a calendar invite.
Meeting links
Add a Google Meet link to online appointments. It goes into the confirmation, invite and reminder. Zoom is awaiting approval.
Bookings are leads too
Each request creates or updates the customer’s record, so the booking, your emails and their history sit together.
Review requests
After a visit, customers get one email asking for a review. Turn it on or off in settings.
You stay in control
Nothing is booked until you confirm it, so double-bookings and surprise walk-ins don’t pile up.

Current limits
- Reminders go by email today. SMS reminders are coming next.
- Online payment for bookings, such as deposits at the time of booking, is not available.
- Customers request a slot and you confirm it; there is no instant booking without your review.
