Connect your Google account once. Then add a Google Meet link to any booking in one tap. It goes into the customer’s confirmation email, calendar invite and reminder, and stays on the booking in Sprntr.
How it works
From booking to meeting
- 01Connect onceAn owner connects a Google account in Workspace → Integrations. Google asks you to let Sprntr create meetings.
- 02Add a linkOpen a booking and tap Add Google Meet link. Anyone on your team can do it.
- 03The customer gets itThe link is in their confirmation email, calendar invite and day-before reminder. Added after confirming? They get an updated invite.
- 04Join at the timeThe customer opens the link at the start time. They don’t need a Google account, and on a computer they don’t need an app.

Meeting links that stay with the booking
In every email
Confirmation, calendar invite and reminder all carry the same link. Moving the booking doesn’t break it.
On your phone’s calendar
Subscribe to your Sprntr calendar feed and each booking shows in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar with its join link.
Only what it needs
Sprntr can create Meet rooms in your account. It can’t read your email, calendar, files or recordings.
Easy to take back
Remove a link and it comes off the booking and the customer’s calendar. Disconnect and Sprntr’s access is revoked at Google.
Your account, your meetings
Meetings are created in the Google account you connect, so they follow your own Google settings.
Good to know
Current limits
- If your Google Workspace admin doesn’t allow open meetings, Meet uses your account’s usual settings, and you may need to let customers in.
- Sprntr doesn’t add events to your Google Calendar. Use the calendar feed to see bookings there.
- Links are added per booking. There is no automatic link for every booking yet.
- Zoom links work the same way and are awaiting Zoom’s approval.
