Keep routine work moving automatically

Sprntr takes care of the routine steps around every inquiry and booking: confirmations, alerts, reminders and follow-ups. Answers to a customer’s questions are still sent by a person on your team.

What runs on its own

Safeguards

When something goes wrong

  • If the AI can’t draft a reply, the inquiry is still saved, your team is still alerted, and Sprntr tries again in the background.
  • Follow-ups skip customers who replied, have an upcoming booking or unsubscribed, and never go out at night.
  • Team alerts follow your opening hours, closed dates and Philippine holidays.
  • A new message from your team restarts the follow-up count, so customers never get a pile of emails.

Not yet

What it doesn’t do

  • There is no do-it-yourself rule builder yet. The Automations builder is on our roadmap.
  • It doesn’t answer customers’ questions for you. AI drafts wait for a person to send them.
  • Messenger automation waits on Meta’s approval of our Messenger connection.
  • Win-back emails go out when you send them: you pick who gets one, and Sprntr tracks replies, bookings and payments.

The core automations come with Website + CRM and Business System. The rest are part of Sprntr Premium, a one-time ₱15,000 add-on.
