From notebooks to one system for a bridal atelier
Pinky Lamasan makes and sells bridal gowns in General Trias, Cavite. We built her website and a custom system that runs the atelier: gown inventory, private fittings, orders, payments and every wedding date on one calendar.

Before
Notebooks, spreadsheets and chat threads
Gowns, fittings, deposits and wedding dates were tracked by hand. A gown could be promised to two brides for overlapping dates, balances had to be added up from receipts, and every inquiry lived in a different chat.
After
One workspace for the whole atelier
- Gown inventory with condition, price, photos and availability
- No double-booking: a gown can’t be reserved for overlapping dates
- Orders that move from New to Preparing, Alteration, Shipped or Picked up, and Completed
- Payments and balances per bride, with receipt checks

- 03Pay by linkPersonal links for the fitting fee, the order and the courier fare. She uploads her GCash or bank receipt and Ms. Pinky confirms it.
- 04Follow the orderPreparing, alteration, then shipped or picked up, with her balance always up to date.
